Meditation
Meditation does not require an empty mind. It is a practice of attention: noticing what is here, learning how you relate to it, and returning again and again.
Practice in a way you can actually use
Guided meditation and visualization can be explored on their own or woven into yoga, Reiki, restorative practice, and wellness education. Sessions can support the development of a personal practice without turning meditation into another task to perfect.
BEGIN SIMPLY
You can begin with curiosity. No prior meditation experience, special flexibility, or spiritual identity is required.
Practice together.
Guided meditation is included in Wellness Wednesdays and appears throughout Lotus Mudra workshops and private practice.
